STEP 2: CHOOSING STAIN COLOR

Now that you have your choice of wood picked, you can decide on the color. You can find most of the stain options in our hardwood stain samples page. Furniture that cannot be stained with those samples include all pine furniture, outdoor, and several smaller items. Those usually have their own set of color options.

On the flip side, some hardwood furniture have their own color options in addition to the standard hardwood stains. If you like to know all your options, it may be a good idea to stop by, and we can tell you exactly how you can customize your furniture. You can also choose from a variety of paints if you prefer.

STEP 3: CHOOSING OTHER OPTIONS

If you are ordering a piece with hardware such as pulls or knobs, you can often choose different styles. Some items can have distressing or mulit-step finishes. Sofas, gliders, desk chairs and other items usually have options for fabric or leather.
